All enquiries go directly to you. We do not filter or monitor the leads. There is no limit and no restrictions on the number of leads you can receive. You deal directly with the client and can arrange viewings at your convenience. We make no other charges apart from the initial setup fee. Your property will remain on our website until sold, and you can make unlimited revisions.

How it works

We deal with any enquiries and act as a liason between you and the client. We act as real-estate agents on your behalf and will conduct viewings at your convenience. On a successful sale, we will charge a pre-agreed commission.
