This mortgage is a fixed U.S. Dollar Loan. The loan is for a five year period and has a 15 year amortization. The loan is structured as an adjustment off of the FHLB (currently at 5.3%). The adjustment is 3.5%. The max loan to value is 70% and the max loan amount for this Mortgage is $1,250,000.00. Exceptions to both Loan To Value and Loan Amount are given on a case by case basis.  

Fixed Dominican Republic 20 Mortgage: This Mortgage is a fixed U.S. Dollar Loan. The loan is for a ten year period and has a 20 year amortization. The loan is structured as an adjustment off of the FHLB (currently at 5.3%). The adjustment is 4.0%. The max loan to value is 70% and the max loan amount for this Mortgage is $1,250,000.00. Exceptions to both Loan To Value and Loan Amount are given on a case by case basis.

Variable Dominican Republic 20 Mortgage: This Mortgage is a Variable rate U.S. Dollar Loan. The loan is for a 20 year period and has a 20 year amortization. The loan is structured as an Adjustable Rate Mortgage with a start rate of 8.5%. There is a 2.0% rate cap and the loan adjusts annually. The max loan to value is 80% and the max loan amount for this Mortgage is $2,000,000.00. Exceptions to both Loan To Value and Loan Amount are given on a case by case basis.

Variable Dominican Republic 30 Mortgage: The loan is for a 30 year period and has a 30 year amortization. The loan is structured as an Adjustable Rate Mortgage with a start rate of 8.5%. There is a 2.0% rate cap and the loan adjusts annually. The max loan to value is 75% and there is no maximum loan Amount. This Mortgage is exclusively for Roco Ki, Cap Cana and Casa de Campo. Exceptions to both Loan To Value and Loan Amount are given on a case by case basis.
